  • If your cancellation request is accepted, we will process the refund within 7 working days from the acceptance of the cancellation.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method or via an alternative method agreed upon between you and Lucky Horse Draw.

3. Cancellation and Refund Restrictions:

  • Cancellation requests received after 3 working days from the date of participation will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
  • Participating and cancelling multiple times within a short period may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, your account may be terminated, and any cancellation requests will not be processed.
